The Black Mountain Productions Sponsorship program offers corporations, small businesses and individuals the opportunity to support many of our events, with some assistance assisting local communities and organizations. The sponsorship levels described in the following areas below, allow individuals and many different types of businesses to participate at levels within their means, with the assurance that a portion of their contributions are used to benefit the community at local and state levels.

Platinum Sponsor- $30,000.00:

• Only ONE Platinum Sponsor will be accepted each year
• The Platinum Sponsor of the (Currently Named Event) will be given first right of refusal to participate similarly in the next year's event
• The Platinum Sponsors LOGO will appear everywhere the (Currently Named Event Logos Appear), as the singular "Presents," in every instance and larger than all other sponsors who may appear near or below the event logo, such as: 
• Live broadcast/eCast coverage
• Regional television, radio, newspaper and outdoor and global online advertising
• Printed collateral from brochures to direct response collateral
• The largest of any street banners or related media
• The largest of any stage banners allowed for televised eCast concerts
• Aftermarket collateral such as T-shirts, hats, posters, memorabilia, etc
• EVERYWHERE the event logo appears, so will the Platinum Sponsors as part thereof
• Wherever mentioned only, such as in news coverage in any medium, and in all event Press Releases, Platinum Sponsor will be mentioned in conjunction with the event itself, as the singular "Presents."
• Platinum Sponsor will be provided with two round-trip airline tickets to (Venue Location) from anywhere in the continental United States, plus deluxe hotel accommodations at (Selected Location) and luxury airport transportation
• Platinum Sponsor will also be the "Official Sponsor" of the event's VIP reception, where they may choose to give away premiums or invite important guests without limitation**The VIP reception area will have restricted access throughout the entire event, for all 3 days
• Platinum Sponsor will be given the largest of all specific sponsorships available for Main Stage, Food Area and Inside Main Floor Areas
• Platinum Sponsor will be given the top largest in premium listing positions in all advertising of any kind
• Platinum Sponsor will be given a logo presentation with a direct link to their website from all event websites
• Platinum Sponsor will be allowed to air one or more actual television commercials during all broadcast and eCast concerts and competitions
• Platinum Sponsors will be given a FREE full page (full color if available) advertisement on Front Cover, or back Cover (as sponsor may choose) in related event brochures and publications
• Platinum Sponsor will be given front row seating guarantees for all entertainment & tickets to all special event activities
• Platinum Sponsor will be awarded a Special Event Gift package, exceeding all other such awards
• Free booth space (10x10-inside or 10x10 in either outside area locations)
• Reserved parking space

• Quarter-page ad in related event brochures
• VIP Reception
• Special Event Gift
• Tickets to al special activities

In-Kind Sponsorship $100.00 - $1,500.00:

Appropriate, in-kind contributions which add promotion incentive to all Black Mountain events, such as prize give-a-ways, can be combined with cash donations of one-half of the total sponsorship, to attain higher sponsorship levels. In-Kind donations may not exceed 50% of the total donation. In-Kind donations of $100.00 or more which save out-of-pocket expenditure from Black Mountain event revenues, such as catering contributions, shuttle service, etc., can be treated as cash contributions at the discretion of Black Mountain Productions.
