This new independent record label is certainly bringing new talent, professionalism, style and innovation to the new indie music industry. We do consider all types of genre styles. Our talent interests are: Groups, Bands and IndividualVocalists. Our record label was originally established and organized with the "performing artist" in mind. Black Mountain Records USA operates under the many innovative ways of the new indie music industry, with real care and concern for each artist! We will always educate, guide and direct our artist's, to be the best they can be! We want the artist to have an equal controlled interest in theircareers and efforts.If you feel that you are really ready for a major career in the music industry and are looking for a record deal, you should probably ask yourself the following questions:
Are you developed to your fullest potential?
Do your recordings connect with your live performances?
Is your image totally memorable and unforgettable?
How many radio hit songs do you have in your repertoire?
Is your Press kit and web site on the cutting edge of the industry?
Do you or your band have a superstar mentality?
Do you or your band have a common sense and understanding of the music business?
Has your fan base exploded? Do you have hundreds if not thousands on your mailing list and do you know who actually shows up at your gigs and other performances?
Have you achieved a nice element of success with an independent cd release? Did a well known record producer, produce your record? Have you received radio play, show good sales on Soundscan ratings?
Have you created a major industry buzz with good press, media and record reviews?

Artist Submissions
You now have two ways to submit your MP3/Press Kit for Record Label consideration. You can use the standard conventional method sending a complete package by regular mail as stated below. However, Black Mountain will now accept a package by e-mail as an MP3 EMK™ (Electronic Media kit) for review. If submitting as an e-mail MP3 EMK™, please make sure that you submit no more than 3 musical compositions at a time, along with an attachment of either a music lead sheet and/or a copy of the lyrics and note, these original compositions must be free from any pending contracts or other legal binding activity. Black Mountain Records USAis currently looking for new, unique and talented Bands, Groups and Vocalists. We have many new productions underway and we are looking for ALL areas of music. However, material must be original and not copy! Submissions: Please make sure when ready to submit information on yourself and/or group, that the following is included in your package: 1.An MP3 or CD of your work (If an individual, at least vocal and piano. If a group or band, an actual performance of ALL musicians) 2. If you write your own original material (previously unsolicited) please include a copy of the sheet music (words and music) 3. A Bio and otherinformation along with recent photographs and listing of all previous performances. We receive hundred's of submissions daily. However, we will respond to you regardless of the outcome, usually within a 45-60 day period from time of material receipt.
